Terms
What this site is, what it is not, and what you get if you pay for something. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

What this is
Dino Destination is a search tool for unofficial ARK: Survival Ascended servers. It reads Wildcard’s public server list every few minutes, extracts what it can from the server names owners wrote, and lets you filter on the result. It is free to use and does not need an account.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Studio Wildcard or Snail Games. ARK is their game and their trademark; this is an independent index of a public feed.
Where the data comes from, and what we do not promise about it
Server names, player counts, maps and cluster ids come from a public Wildcard endpoint that is undocumented and unsupported. It can change or disappear without notice, and when it does, this site goes stale or breaks. We do not own that data and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or current.
Rates, tribe caps, wipe policy and the rest are read out of server names by a parser. It is right most of the time and it is not right all of the time. Where a name says nothing, the site says “not stated” rather than guessing — but a name that says “10x” and a server that runs 10x are two different facts, and we can only see the first.
Anything an owner typed — a blurb, corrected rates, a wipe schedule, a Discord link — is their claim, not ours. We do not verify it. The site labels it as owner-written wherever it appears, and that label is the whole of what we are asserting.
If you claim a server
Claiming is free and always will be. You prove it by putting a short code we give you into the server name, which the next pull sees — it proves you can change the server’s configuration, which is what ownership means here.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not upload anything you do not have the rights to, anything illegal, or anything designed to mislead a player about what your server is. We can remove any of it, and we will tell you when we do and give you a way to put text back.
A claim can be re-verified after ninety days or if the server changes address. If somebody later proves a stronger claim to the same server, theirs wins — the methods are ranked, and real proof beats an assertion.
If you pay for a listing
Two tiers. Supporter is $15/month and decorates your cluster’s own page and gives you a card on the sponsors page and a marker on your browse card. Sponsor is $40/month and adds a slot in the panel beside search results and in the rotating slot on the front page.
Sponsorship never affects ranking, ordering or filtering. Not a position in a result, not a lift in a sort, not a tier in a filter. The search functions cannot read the sponsor tables at all, and a test fails the build if that stops being true. If you are buying a higher position, you are buying it somewhere else.
Billing is monthly through Stripe and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the period you are in, because you had the listing for it. If something we broke made the listing not work for a meaningful part of a period, say so and we will refund it — that is a judgement call and we would rather make it in your favour than argue.
The sponsor rail holds six. When it is full it is full: there is a waitlist, and there is no seventh slot, because a slot that is one of nine is not the thing the other five bought.
Suspension
We can suspend or remove an account or a listing that is being used to mislead players, to harass somebody, or to break the law. A suspension stops sign-in, submissions, votes and edits and takes public content down; it does not delete anything, so it can be undone.
If we suspend a paid listing for something you did, we stop billing it. If we suspend it by mistake, we will put it back and not charge you for the gap.
The boring but necessary part
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose — it reads a feed we do not control and parses text people wrote by hand.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months, which for almost everybody is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
