A count of button presses, nothing more. It says how organised a community is, not how good the servers are — and it changes nothing on Browse, where the order is evidence.
Only signed-in votes are counted here. Anyone can vote and get the server’s reward without an account — but a leaderboard anybody can inflate with a made-up name measures nothing.
